Volunteers play a vital role in I.E.T.'s programs, assisting participants with every aspect of their activities. They help with the lessons and equipment and are there to give riders encouragement and confidence.
Our volunteers come from all ages and walks of life. From middle school and high school students interested in community service to retired adults, so many individuals find fulfillment in volunteering.
